Are you not satisfied about the product you purchased?
Don't worry, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with our returns policy.
Your Right to Cancel
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods
- You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods after notifying us
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be in a resellable condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
- Not show excessive handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods
We may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced due to unnecessary handling.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- You have the right to a full refund within 30 days of delivery
- After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement
- If repair or replacement is not possible, you may be entitled to a refund

- Securely package the item, including all accessories and documents
- Send the item using the provided return method
Please retain proof of postage.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
- Standard delivery charges will be refunded (premium delivery upgrades are non-refundable unless the item is faulty)

Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item
- If accepted, your refund will be processed
- If there is an issue (e.g. missing parts or damage beyond inspection), we will contact you
