1. Promoter

2. Promotion Period

The promotion will run from [11 of August] until [18 of Aug], 2026.

MSI UK reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary.

3. Eligibility

The promotion is open only to:

• residents of the United Kingdom;
• aged 18 years or over;
• customers with a registered MSI UK Store account;
• customers with a valid UK delivery address.

The promotion is not open to MSI employees, its agencies, distributors, retailers involved in the promotion or their immediate family members.

4. Promotion Overview

Eight (8) selected MSI products will be included in the Promotion and offered as six (6) promotional offers in total: four (4) individual products and two (2) bundles, with each bundle comprising two (2) MSI products.

On each promotional day (Monday to Friday only, excluding Saturday and Sunday), one (1) promotional offer — either one (1) individual product or one (1) bundle — will be available to purchase for £1, subject to successful use of the applicable hidden promotional code at checkout.

Where the promotional offer is a bundle, both products included in that bundle will be available together for a total promotional price of £1.

All participating products will be displayed on the dedicated promotion landing page.

Only one (1) promotional code and one (1) promotional offer (either an individual product or a bundle) will be active at any one time on each promotional day (Monday to Friday only, excluding Saturday and Sunday).

5. Hidden Code Mechanic

During the Promotion Period, MSI UK will release one (1) hidden promotional code on each promotional day (Monday to Friday only, excluding Saturday and Sunday). Each code will apply to one (1) promotional offer only, being either an individual product or a bundle. The code may be placed anywhere across the MSI UK Store, including but not limited to:

• product pages;
• category pages;
• other website content.

MSI UK is under no obligation to disclose the location of any hidden code.

6. Redeeming the Promotional Code

To redeem the promotion code, participants must:

• locate the active promotional code;
• add the currently active promotional offer (either an individual product or a bundle) to their shopping basket;
• enter the promotional code during checkout;
• successfully complete payment.

The promotional price will only apply after successful validation of the promotional code.

7. Successful Redemption

The promotional offer will be awarded to the first participant who successfully completes checkout using the valid active promotional code.

Adding a promotional offer (either an individual product or a bundle) to the shopping basket does not reserve or guarantee the promotional offer. The promotional offer is secured only once the applicable promotional code has been successfully redeemed, payment has been successfully authorised and the order has been confirmed by MSI UK.

If another participant completes the purchase using the applicable promotional code first, the promotional offer will no longer be available for £1.

8. Promotional Code Validity

Each promotional code:

• applies only to one (1) designated promotional offer, being either an individual product or a bundle;
• may only be redeemed once;
• becomes invalid immediately after successful redemption or at the end of the applicable promotional day, whichever occurs first.

Promotional codes cannot be transferred to or used against any other product or promotional offer.

9. Purchase Limits

Maximum one promotional purchase per customer.

Maximum one promotional purchase per household.

MSI UK reserves the right to identify duplicate accounts or multiple purchases associated with the same individual or household.

10. Product Availability

Unless otherwise stated, only one (1) unit of each promotional offer will be available for purchase for £1 on the applicable promotional day. A promotional offer may consist of either one (1) individual product or one (1) bundle comprising two (2) MSI products. Once successfully redeemed, the promotion for that product will end.

11. Fair Participation

The use of any automated methods is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

• bots;
• automated scripts;
• browser automation;
• scraping software;
• multiple customer accounts;
• fraudulent activity.

MSI UK reserves the right to cancel orders or disqualify participants where fraudulent or abusive behaviour is suspected.

12. Website Availability

MSI UK does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website during the promotion.

MSI UK shall not be responsible for technical issues including but not limited to:

• website downtime;
• internet connectivity issues;
• browser compatibility;
• payment processing failures;
• server delays;
• technical failures beyond MSI UK's reasonable control.

13. Verification

MSI UK reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant.

Failure to provide requested verification information may result in cancellation of the promotional order.

14. Product Substitution

Should a promotional product become unavailable due to circumstances beyond MSI UK's reasonable control, MSI UK reserves the right to substitute the product with another MSI product of equal or greater value.

15. Delivery

Standard MSI UK delivery terms and conditions apply.

Delivery dates are estimates only.

16. Order Cancellation & Returns

If a promotional order is cancelled, not completed or refunded, the promotional code will not be reissued unless MSI UK determines otherwise at its sole discretion.

17. Privacy

Personal information collected during the promotion will be processed in accordance with the MSI Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

18. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSI UK shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the promotion.

19. Changes to the Promotion

MSI UK reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or suspend, modify or terminate the promotion where reasonably necessary.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
